From your initial enquiry, our knowledgeable office team will guide you through the process, and take your details. We may ask a couple of questions to help us understand your requirements, which will let us deal with your enquiry quickly and efficiently.
Once we have the required information, we log the works onto our system, and will generate a unique job reference giving you fast access to us if you should require updates before, during or after we complete the job.
Your job is then assigned to one of our specialist field engineers: so you know that if you have an electrical problem, we’ll be sending you an expert in this field.
We will advise you of our next available appointment slots with an arrival window of between 2-4 hours.
You’ll receive a confirmation email or text message, so you can sit back and be assured our highly skilled engineers are on their way to help.
Our professional engineer will arrive in full Sib Maintenance uniform, complete with an ID badge, within the permitted time slot. They will introduce themselves and then get straight to work.
